For 20 years, the 2000 seedling lingered at a constant temperature in stainless steel tanks in our old cellar tube. In 2020 it found its way into the bottle. Honeydew melon, wild honey, candied fruit and lemon balm combined with acidity coated in residual sugar, make for a powerful wine with high cellaring potential.
